Dr. León is an attorney registered to practice in patent matters before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. His intellectual property law practice covers, but it is not limited to, patent, trademark and copyright matters; both in the registration and litigation realms. Dr. León also has vast experience in licensing of intellectual property assets and multiple areas of sports law. Dr. León has handled franchising cases both from the franchisor and franchisee’s sides.
Dr. León has successfully prosecuted numerous federal patent and trademark applications on behalf of clients.
